The Opportunity

SEE Group have a outstanding career chance available for a Project Administrator to join our local highly professional and skilled local project team. This is a diverse and fast-paced site-based role based in Tweed Heads. Reporting to the Project Administration Manager you will be responsible for administration duties including but not limited to:
n
Project accruals, assisting in preparing financial reports by ensuring all costs and accruals are accounted for
n
Purchase Orders, coding and receipting of Invoices / Dockets within our Viewpoint system
n
Maintaining files and records, online ordering
n
Work closely with Accounts Payable and site teams to ensure the 'Procure to Pay' process runs effectively
n
Manage the project travel and accommodation
n
Data entry, administration and support toProject Managers and Engineers where required
n
Essential Skills and Attributes
n
Previous experience as a Project / Site Administrator
n
Some experience with Accounts Payable and Procurement
n




Ability to meet deadlines with competing priorities
n
Experience with Viewpoint accounting software or similar
n
