Mind Australia in Gladstone is seeking an experienced Family Engagement Worker to lead recovery-oriented practice and provide practice leadership within an internal secondment.
This role provides practice leadership, mentors staff, and works with families and carers to support positive recovery outcomes, aligned with Mind's Recovery-Oriented Practice.
The position is part time 22 hours per week until mid-December , with a base salary from $100,776 (pro-rata) at SCHADS Level 5.
