Key Responsibilities:Plan, organize, and oversee showroom and retail operations to achieve business objectives.Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales, profitability, and market competitiveness.Analyze sales trends, financial reports, and operational performance to identify improvement prospects.Prepare, monitor, and control budgets, expenditure, and profitability.Recruit, train, mentor, and performance-manage sales consultants, warehouse staff, and administrative employees.Develop workforce plans, rosters, and performance improvement strategies.Establish and maintain customer service standards, resolve complex enquiries, and implement service improvement initiatives.Oversee inventory planning, stock forecasting, purchasing, and supplier coordination.Liaise with manufacturers, wholesalers, and freight providers regarding product availability and delivery schedules.Ensure showroom presentation, merchandising standards,



and product displays optimize customer engagement.Monitor KPIs, prepare operational reports, and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety, Australian Consumer Law, and company policies.Support marketing campaigns, promotional activities and seasonal sales programCoordinate communication between sales, warehouse, purchasing, and administration teams.Represent the business professionally with customers, suppliers, and external stakeholders.Skills & Attributes:Solid team management and leadership skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesCritical thinking and problem solving capabilityData analysis and reporting expertiseProcess planning and organizational skillsQualifications & Experience:Relevant Diploma or higher qualificationMinimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within retail or operations managementSalary range is $75,000 - $95,000pa commensurate with experience.
