seek.com.au is seeking a agile, people-first Operations Manager to lead a high-volume food manufacturing facility. You will oversee Production and Warehouse, driving operational excellence from raw materials to finished goods in a senior leadership role.
The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Food Science, or Business, 5+ years in senior ops management in FMCG, and a solid Lean/Continuous Improvement background, plus exceptional communication and change-management skills.
