For this role is available in our Northern Region (Newcastle & Tamworth) or Sydney Metro — tell us your preferred location when you apply.What you'll be doingOversee service delivery across your programs, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies and frameworksSupervise and support Team Leaders and House Coordinators to deliver consistent, therapeutic careBuild solid relationships with partner agencies to support positive outcomes for children and young peopleManage referral and intake decisions, staff performance,



and workforce planning across your programsTake a proactive approach to risk, WHS, and quality — including maintaining accreditation against Office of the Children's Guardian standardsProvide transparent, timely reporting to the Executive team on service delivery, compliance, and riskParticipate in the Emergency After-Hours On-Call rosterWhat you'll bringA degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field (or equivalent experience), and/or at least 5 years' experience in the NSW OOHC sectorProven leadership experience — you know how to build, motivate, and hold a team accountableA calm head under pressure and the resilience to navigate competing demandsStrong written and verbal communication, including reporting to senior leadershipSound judgement for solving complex problems with limited precedentA genuine commitment to cultural safety and responsiveness for the children, young people, and families you'll work withWhy Aspire Homes Australia?
