They lead with clear values and appreciation for their team and have an exciting growth strategy that they are working to. Located in Western Sydney and with a number of national DC's, they have a strong presence in Australia and NZ.
The Role
Due to growth there is a need for an experienced HRBP who comes from a blue collar environment and appreciates the nuances of workforce requirements. This is a generalist role that requires the ability to build credibility with operational leads and can deliver on a range of requirements at this level. Key areas of work will include workforce planning, HRIS implementation, performance management, Rem and Rewards input, ER/IR support, potential support with acquisitions, leadership development, continuous improvement and employee experience. Salary circa $170k plus.




The Fit
This role will suit a seasoned HR Practitioner who is both credentialed and experienced in relevant sectors with a blue collar workforce. You will bring a robust operational lens and also have a strategic mindset to contribute to longer term plans and goals. Prior experience working with NZ business would be very highly regarded but not essential. This role requires travel both nationally and to NZ therefore requires the successful candidate to be onsite and flex to do this without interruption. Prior experience with HRIS implementation will also be sought after as they navigate this change. You are a confident skilled with the ability to take ownership of your role, influence and engage at all levels and will bring a solutions focused approach to your recent role.
