Innisfail Youth and Family Care Inc. is seeking a Youth Homelessness Outreach Worker to support young people facing homelessness or at risk of it. You will conduct outreach, assessment and case planning to help secure secure housing and build independent living skills.

You will work within a strengths-based framework, coordinating with housing, education, health and community services to achieve positive long-term outcomes for youth in the Cassowary Coast region.
