Job Description
Australian Reinforcing Company (ARC) within the GFG Alliance group is seeking a shift supervisor to manage production and logistics on the Hemmant site.
You will lead Operators and Dispatch Coordinators, champion safety programs, and drive daily operations to meet performance KPIs.
The role runs Monday to Friday from 1:00pm to 9:00pm with a 15% afternoon shift allowance.
You will grow with experienced leaders and contribute to site performance through continuous improvement and effective team
