Redland City Council is seeking a Strategic Maintenance Asset Management Adviser to lead facilities asset data management and lifecycle planning.
You will drive continuity of ASMPs, AMP initiatives and long-term investment decisions across the council's facilities portfolio.
The role requires CMMS expertise (Assetic, NAMS+) and solid analytical, financial and stakeholder engagement skills.
