The Salvation Army is seeking a dedicated Support Worker – Homelessness to join The Hub in Katherine, NT. This full time, permanent role works with the Homelessness and Case Management teams to provide practical support, service navigation and community engagement for people experiencing homelessness or at risk.
You will use a trauma-informed, culturally protected approach to help clients access services, keep records, and support Hub activities.
