About the role

As an NDIS Youth Assistant, you will:
Deliver engaginggroup and 1:1 trainingto build skills and confidence
Support participants to achieveemployment, independence, and social goals
Create and tailorworkshopsto suit diverse learning needs
Provideend-to-end supportincluding training, workplace, and community activities
Work closely with Youth and Workplace Consultants to support participant progress
About you
You're passionate about helping young people succeed and thrive.
Creativity and motivation todesign engaging workshops
Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills




Confidence working withdiverse abilities and behaviours
Resilience and problem‐solving skills
Ability to adapt in afast‐paced, changing environment
Good computer skills
Have roster flexibility and available to work weekends
Understanding of theNDIS(desirable)
Experience or qualifications inCommunity Services, Education, Youth Work(desirable)
What you'll need
A genuine passion for supporting disadvantaged individuals
Solid customer service and communication skills
Ability to meet targets and KPIs
Life experience or relevant work experience (formal qualifications not essential)
