The Disability Trust is seeking a Customer Service Officer for its MyTrust team at the Coniston Head Office. This full time, 12-month maximum term role is Monday to Friday, with duties as the initial contact for customers and participants to help them achieve their goals.
You will liaise with leaders to deliver exceptional service, review documentation, and support NDIS participant relationships in a busy, client-focused workplace.
