Business Analyst - Supply Chain Transformation
GRIT Talent Consulting is seeking a contract
Business Analyst
to join a major supply chain transformation project with an ASAP start.
You'll support the transition to a national distribution centre model, with potential future cross-dock capabilities. The role will focus on business process improvement, requirements management, stakeholder engagement and operational visibility across the supply chain network.
What you will be doing
Analyse and improve transport, logistics, warehouse and DC processes
Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder engagement
Gather, document and manage requirements and traceability
Support reporting, analytics and Power BI initiatives
Define scope, dependencies, assumptions and acceptance criteria




Translate business needs into transparent delivery outcomes
Work across
Jira and Confluence
What you can bring
Solid Business Analysis and requirements management experience
Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
Ability to bridge business and technical teams
Experience with requirements traceability and feature/epic decomposition
Jira and Confluence

Additional information
Major project to nationalise a distribution centre using automation
Initial 12 month contract
