S2M is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to lead a high‐performing team and stay hands‐on across paid media performance marketing. You'll own end‐to‐end growth initiatives with autonomy and a real commercial impact.
You'll work directly with Directors to shape the marketing function, optimise the channel mix, and grow a scalable lead engine that delivers consistent, high‐quality leads. A background in insurance, finance or lending is preferred but not mandatory.
