CBRE Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Facilities Maintenance Supervisor in Melbourne, Victoria.
You will oversee engineering operations, direct technicians and subcontractors, and coordinate preventive maintenance to minimise downtime for clients.
The role requires 3+ years of supervisory experience, a GED (or engineering degree preferred), and the ability to lift heavy loads and work to safety standards.
