Wait staff / Bartenders Wanted Monday to Friday Role
Mordeois currently seeking a section waitperson and a bartender to join our team.
We are a busy restaurant and bar located in the heart of the CBD above Martin place. Serving a regular corporate clientele Monday through till Friday. Beautiful location and a very contemporary fit out. Shifts are Monday through till Friday.

To be successful you must
have at least 2 years experience
able to run a section
Valuable knowledge of wines is preferred but training will be provided




have a fun and energetic and outgoing personality
have great personal appearance
have a passion for hospitality
To be successful in this role you will:
Have a solid work ethic and be a hands on operator
Posses excellent people and communication skills
Have strong organisational skills
Have strong knowledge including cocktails, wine, beer and spirits
Show a positive, vibrant and enthusiastic personality
Lead by example
Be able to maintain a calm demeanour in a fast paced, high intensity environment
Be up to date with current bar and industry trends
Have a passion for people and the hospitality industry
