Define and implement a comprehensive test strategy for the program.
n
Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, integration, system, and UAT phases.
n
Ensure alignment of testing activities with program milestones and release schedules.
n
Team Leadership Coordination Lead and mentor QA test teams across multiple projects.
n
Allocate resources effectively and manage workload distribution.
n
Foster collaboration between QA, development, and business teams.
