ETS IT is a growing MSP based in Penrith seeking an experienced IT skilled to join our service desk.
The role requires hands-on support across Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, hardware, servers, and general IT troubleshooting, with a focus on delivering excellent customer satisfaction.
Candidates should have prior service desk experience, solid communication, and a cooperative attitude.
