Community Staffing Australia in Deer Park, VIC is seeking a Child, Youth & Family Support Worker on a casual basis.
You will support across multiple Out of Home Care settings including therapeutic residential care, home-based care, and respite support, with on-call hours between 6 am and 8 pm on weekdays.
The role requires a Cert IV in Community Services (or current studies), solid empathy, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety and confidentiality.
