Footlab+ in Wantirna South and Ringwood is hiring a reception/administration assistant for a 3‐day week (Mon, Tue, Wed).
The role supports two sites and a 16‐solid clinical team, with extensive training provided.
We seek a motivated candidate with excellent reception and patient care skills, solid computer confidence and the ability to thrive in a busy setting.
Prior medical reception experience is advantageous but not essential.
