Salter Brothers Hospitality – Katoomba NSW is seeking a Junior Sous / Sous Chef to join the Ardour Lilienfels Blue Mountains culinary team.
You'll contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences across outlets, weddings, and events.
Working with the Executive Chef and Head Chef, you'll mentor junior staff, uphold food safety standards, and help develop menus in a luxury hotel setting within the Blue Mountains, just 90 minutes from Sydney.
