About the Role You'll be responsible for managing a residential portfolio from end to end, building solid relationships with landlords and tenants while delivering exceptional customer service.




You'll work closely with a supportive team and have access to efficient systems and processes that allow you to focus on providing a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a residential portfolio from end to end
Build and maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships
Conduct routine inspections and final inspections
Coordinate maintenance and repairs
Manage lease renewals and rent reviews
Handle arrears and tenancy matters
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures
About You:
Previous experience as a Residential Property Manager
Current Agent's Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Highly organised with excellent time management
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
