Job Description
RSPCA Queensland is seeking a CRM & Loyalty Marketing Specialist to manage the Pet Supporter program and national lottery initiatives. You will own the supporter journey from acquisition to long-term retention, developing targeted campaigns and automations to grow lifetime value and recurring revenue.

You will work across CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing, segmentation, automation, and campaign optimisation, collaborating with fundraising, digital marketing, and data teams.
