Job Description
Focused on Care is seeking a strategic Finance Manager to lead financial operations, including budgeting, reporting, payroll, audit coordination, and planning. You will manage a small offshore team and partner with the Executive Team to align financial strategy with organisational goals.

The role reports to the Director, with responsibility for delivering monthly management reports, SL P&L; statements, and process improvements. Travel to head office occurs monthly.
