This full time role spans dementia, wounds and palliative care, with prospects to deepen practice and contribute to a multidisciplinary team delivering high quality care.
You will hold a Bachelor of Nursing and APHRA registration, with flexibility across AM, PM and Night shifts on a rotating roster.
A passion for Older People and commitment to ongoing learning are essential.
