Inghams Enterprises is seeking a Despatch Supervisor at our Murarrie processing site.
You will lead and develop a frontline team to maximise customer service levels and achieve daily supply targets, across day and afternoon shifts.
You'll implement processes, drive continuous improvement and embed best practices to maximise site efficiency.
You will partner with internal customers, planning and service teams to align demand with supply while maintaining safety and quality.
