Role Summary
Provide EDE delivery services to mission-critical enterprise customers, ensuring reliability, scalability, and operational excellence across Microsoft Azure environments.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver Azure Infrastructure & IaaS solutions for mission-critical workloads
Design and manage Azure Network Services and platform reliability architecture
Implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices
Drive Azure Mission-Critical platform design and optimization
Configure and manage Azure Monitor, health models, and observability solutions
Apply Chaos Engineering principles to improve resilience
Engage stakeholders, lead technical discussions,



and manage complex customer environments
Provide reporting, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
years of hands-on Microsoft technology experience
Robust expertise in Azure Infrastructure (IaaS), networking, and monitoring
Experience in Site Reliability Engineering & mission-critical platform delivery
Demonstrated success in customer-facing technical roles.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Proactive mindset with a robust commitment to continuous learning and qualified growth.
