Sundale is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Major Projects to lead large capital works across aged care, retirement living and seniors' rental housing. You will drive end-to-end delivery from concept to handover, managing budgets, timelines and stakeholder engagement.

You will work with internal teams, consultants and regulators to ensure safety, sustainability, and value for older Queenslanders, aligning with Sundale's Strategic Property Plan and community impact goals.
