An FMCG manufacturer is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead site engineering and maintenance operations. Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll be responsible for driving equipment reliability, maintenance strategy, continuous improvement, and team performance across a quick-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the engineering and maintenance team.

Drive preventative maintenance and asset reliability programs.
n
Reduce downtime and improve operational performance.
n
Manage engineering budgets, contractors, and capital projects.
n
Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Partner with Operations and Site Leadership to deliver business objectives.

About You
n
n
Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification.
n
Proven engineering leadership experience withinfood manufacturing is required to move forward with this role
n
Robust maintenance, reliability, and continuous improvement experience.
n
Experience leading teams and developing high-performing cultures.
n
Commercially minded with solid stakeholder management skills.
