An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Assistant to join our Sydney Competition, Regulatory and Risk team on a full-time basis.

The Role

An exciting prospect has arisen for a Legal Assistant to join our Sydney Competition, Regulatory and Risk team. You will play a crucial role in supporting team to ensure the smooth operation of our legal processes.
n
Responsibilities
n
n
Opening and closing files;
n
Court filing;
n
Archiving;
n
Diary management;
n
Preparation and reconciliation of expenses;
n
Answering phones and liaising with clients; and
n
n
Who We Are Looking For
n




The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience as a legal assistant in a litigation practice group. You will have excellent communication and diary management skills with a client service and team support focus. You will be proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, have the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative and have exceptional attention to detail.
