Our client is a well-established premium homewares retailer seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead their team and oversee the day-to-day operations of their store.

The Role
n
As Store Manager, you will take ownership of the store's performance, lead and develop the team, and ensure the store consistently delivers a high standard of customer service and presentation.
n
You will be responsible for:
n
n
Leading, coaching and developing the team
n
Driving sales, KPIs and commercial performance
n
Delivering exceptional customer service
n
Managing stock and inventory processes
n
Overseeing rostering, payroll and daily operations
n
Building solid customer relationships
n
Ensuring the store is presented to brand standards
n
Creating a positive and high-performing team culture
n
n
About You
n
We are looking for an experienced Store Manager who is commercially minded,



customer-focused and confident leading a team within a premium retail workplace.
n
You will ideally have:
n
n
Previous Store Manager experience in retail
n
Experience within premium retail, homewares or interiors
n
Solid sales and KPI management experience
n
Proven leadership and team development skills
n
Excellent customer service and communication skills
n
Strong attention to detail and presentation
n
Commercially driven with a results-focused approach
n
A genuine passion for premium products and interiors
n
