The Recruitment People on the Gold Coast are seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead the evening contact centre operations, rostered Operators and Team Leaders, and ensure service standards and client KPIs are consistently met.
This role is non-sales, focusing on inbound customer service, people leadership and continuous improvement of SOPs and processes. Hours start at 4:00pm Monday to Friday, with no weekend work and a 38-hour week structure.
