A agile investment firm in Melbourne is seeking a VC Counsel to join their team.
In this newly-created position, you will work closely with the Head of M&A; and the global legal team, leading M&A; deals across the ANZ region.
The role requires experience in drafting and negotiating transactional documentation, and experience in technology/VC deals is preferred.
