Job Description
HSI APAC seeks a Customer Success Manager to cover a parental leave period (~13 months) and lead client relationships across a scaled portfolio.
You will oversee engagement programs, webinars, and strategic outreach to ensure customers derive value from HSI products and experience sustained growth.
Success requires solid communication, commercial acumen, and the ability to partner with Support, Implementation, Solution Engineering and Product teams to reduce churn and grow renewals.
