Niche 212 in Sydney is seeking a highly organised HR Generalist to join a growing APAC team.
You will partner with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers on day-to-day HR initiatives, covering onboarding, employee relations, performance processes and HR operations in a rapid-paced workplace.
You will manage the full employee lifecycle, support WHS and compliance, and contribute to HR projects while building trusted relationships across the business.
