Ward. This temporary part time role focuses on coordinating clinical operations, providing shift leadership, and supporting staff development to improve patient outcomes.

You will work closely with the Nurse Unit Manager to ensure protected, productive, and patient-centred care for colorectal and general surgical patients, within a multidisciplinary team.
