Job Description
Alfred Health in Melbourne seeks a dedicated RPN/SW/OT Grade 3 for the Adult Community Mental Health service.
You will work across integrated, person-centred care pathways supporting adults and older adults in community, ambulatory and home settings.
Permanent or fixed-term roles (64 or 80 hours per fortnight), full time and part time options available.
Applicants must hold current AHPRA/AASW registration with psychiatric endorsements where applicable, and meet immunisation requirements.
