Job Description

You will act as the primary in office HR contact, partnering with the GM and operations teams to deliver practical, commercially focused HR support across ER and IR matters.
This role offers autonomy to own site people outcomes, with exposure to diverse HR projects, workforce planning, recruitment, and safety collaboration.
