We have a fantastic prospect for a Lawyer to join our Defendant Workers Compensation practice.
n
You will be exposed to all facets of dust disease, workers compensation, statutory disputes, and damages claim.
n

who seek our legal assistance in all aspects of workers compensation.
n
Our ideal candidate will possess:
n
n
2+ years PQE or experience working with an Insurer, other defendant firm or as a plaintiff lawyer
n
Experience in some or all of the key practice areas of dust disease litigation and respondent Workers Compensation including statutory disputes and work injury damages matters
n
Ability to cope under pressure, manage workflow and effectively prioritise
n
Robust attention to detail
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and
n
An interest in learning
about/understanding
our clients and their business.
