Gun Partner – Broad Mix of Tax work

Responsibilities

Provide complex tax advice
n
Assist on structuring and trusts
n
Handle state and federal tax matters
n
Deal with OS investments, litigation, wine and property tax
n

Qualifications

Associate or Senior Associate with 3–7 years of experience
n
Solid tax advisory background; lawyers from Big 4 accounting firms with robust tax advisory experience may also be considered
