City Beach is opening a brand-recent Eastland store in November and seeks an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join the opening team. You'll help establish store culture from day one and lead a high-energy team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
You will work closely with the Store Manager across Sales, People, Compliance, Visual Merchandising, Wages and Safety while driving robust performance and coaching for growth in a fast-paced retail setting.
