Inter Staffing Services is seeking a C-Suite Executive Assistant for a not-for-profit organisation based in the Frankston area.
The role supports the CEO with high‐level executive and governance tasks in a rapid-paced workplace, including diary management, travel logistics and board documentation.
This is a 2 year, full‐time contract with hybrid work options (8.30am–4.30pm or 9am–5pm), adaptable WFH one day per week, and free parking close to the office.
