You'll lead customer journey work and partner with a Senior Product Manager to translate prospects into concepts, prototypes and experiments across our global marketplaces.
You'll combine customer research, market evidence and creative problem-solving with cross-functional teams to inform which bets to pursue.
Experience in strategic design, service design and AI-enabled tools is valued.
