Central Highlands Rural Health Service seeks an experienced Associate Nurse Unit Manager to lead the Acute Ward at Daylesford Hospital.
You will work alongside the Nurse Unit Manager, oversee patient flow, mentor staff and contribute to a secure, high-quality rural health service.
The role requires RN registration with AHPRA, a minimum of 5 years in acute care, Advanced Life Support, and proven leadership.
You will rotate across shifts and support accreditation, quality and safety initiatives
