Everyday Independence is seeking a Youth Lead Practitioner to support adolescents and young adults with disabilities across multiple settings in Rockingham.
You'll lead an interdisciplinary youth team, plan NDIS-funded therapy packages, and work toward educational and life goals with participants and their families.
