A well-established Food and Beverage organization in Inner West Council seeks an HR Manager to lead its People function.
This newly created position requires strategic direction and hands-on operational management.
The successful candidate will manage HR for around 140 staff, ensuring engagement and retention while developing policies.
Ideal applicants will have extensive HR experience in customer-facing industries, particularly food and beverage.
The role includes overseeing talent acquisition, learning and development, and employee relations, with solid support from the management team.
