CWM Homewares in Rowville, VIC is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our Sales team in a rapid-paced, order-driven setting.
You'll support the Customer Service Team Leader with order entry, Zendesk queries, freight issues and claims processing.
You'll work closely with a small team, manage retailer and customer submissions, price files, and reporting, while maintaining accurate records in Pronto or similar ERP.
