Brief Intro
A specialist communications business is seeking a Communications Engineer to design, deploy and commission wireless and IP communications systems. This is a hands-on role covering both engineering design and field-based delivery.
Key Skills/Experience
5+ years' experience with wireless, fixed or critical communications networks.
Private LTE/5G and digital radio systems including P25, DMR or TETRA.
Solid IP networking skills, ideally Cisco CCNA level or above.
Experience with system design, configuration, commissioning, FAT and SAT.
Hands-on field commissioning and troubleshooting experience.
Experience producing design packages, ITPs and acceptance documentation.
Background in industrial, resources, mining or other mission-critical settings.
Relevant engineering qualification or equivalent industry experience.
RPEQ highly advantageous.
Australian working rights and current driver's licence required.
