Origin Energy is seeking a Customer Operations skilled to deliver end-to-end service to Residential customers across gas, electricity and broadband. You will respond via phone and email and be trained across the full customer experience journey.
The role operates on a rotating roster 7am–6:30pm, Monday to Friday, with four weeks of in-office training. A hybrid CBD office with one day WFH is available, and perks include discounted Origin products and a performance bonus.
