Central Coast Local Health District is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Mental Health Assertive Outreach Team on a maternity relief basis. The role is temporary full time (38 hours/week) until August , delivering recovery-focused care in the community to adults with complex mental health needs, outside hospital settings.

You will utilise AHPRA registration, apply evidence-based practices, and coordinate with clients, families and service providers for optimal outcomes.
